Yes, you can track your order online with the tracking ID shared in the shipping confirmation email. 

All regular priced items excluding earrings are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your product. All items listed under markdown section and earrings are considered final sale. Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for a refund (excluding earrings). 

If you are looking to initiate a refund, please email customer service at Sales@sodashijewels.com. A representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you initiate our return claim.

We cannot make any changes to orders. However we can assist on a best effort basis to cancel an order that has not been shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification. Please email Sales@sodashijewels.com to request a cancellation. 

Can I pre-order item or get notified if an item has been restocked? 

We thrilled to see your excited for Sodashi Jewels however at this moment we are not notifying our customer of new stock availability or restocks.

However we recommend you take care of your Sodashi Jewelry by simply 

• Limit the exposure of water, perfume, lotions including sunscreen lotion and sprays, hairstyling products 
• Keep jewellery dry at all times and if its exposed to any products mentioned above, wipe/dry as soon as possible to prevent any damages 
• Keep jewellery clean by using a soft cloth.
